Here are some of our most frequently-asked questions about the Partner Connection Program. If you have others, simply contact your Pfister District Sales Manager.
Q. How does the Pfister Partner Connection Program work?
A. Loyal Pfister customers earn and accumulate points by engaging in certain behaviors and activities designated by Pfister Hybrid Corn Company. These points can then be redeemed for selected rewards, equipment, special services, etc.
Q. How do I know if I'm eligible for the Partner Connection Program?
A. You're eligible as long as you are actively farming U.S. corn acres and purchase a minimum of 60 net units per year from Pfister Hybrids. Additionally, you must be 18 years of age or older to participate.
Q. How do I enroll in the program?
A. Simply click on the Enroll circle on the left of this page to complete the Enrollment Form, or submit the form found in your Partner Connection Program Folder.
Q. Specifically, how do I earn Partner Connection Points as a Pfister customer or dealer?
A. Refer to the Partner Connection Points Sheet found in your Program Folder or click on the Connection Points circle on the left of this page. You'll find specific customer/dealer activities along with the equivalent points to be earned.
Q. How do I redeem my points?
A. After a certain number of points are reached, customers or dealers can choose to redeem those points for special services, privileges and other benefits. For details on rewards and point levels required for redemption, refer to the Program Rewards & Redemption Brochure.
Q. When I'm redeeming my points, what do Connection 1, 2, and 3 signify?
A. The three Connection levels simply relate to the total number of points accumulated and the corresponding rewards. Within each category, you'll find multiple rewards of similar value available.
Q. If I redeem only a portion of my total points, what happens to my remaining points balance?
A. Accrued points never expire, so any leftover points will remain in your balance until redeemed, or you can choose to redeem another reward of your choice for the equivalent value.
Q. Am I only able to earn points during certain times of the year?
A. No, the Partner Connection Program runs year-round. You're eligible to earn points throughout a pre-, in-season and post-season calendar.
Q. How do I know how many Partner Connection Points I've accrued?

Q. Will I receive a reminder about my current point standings?
A. Yes, you'll receive periodic reminders via standard mail or email.
Q. Do my Partner Connection Points carry over from season to season?
A. Yes. Any time you redeem a reward, your point balance is deducted accordingly. You can choose to continue adding points from season to season to earn eligibility for a reward or service of greater value.
Q. Will my points ever expire?
A. No, Partner Connection Points are valid and redeemable for the lifetime of the program.
Q. Can I cancel my program membership if I so choose?
A. Yes, you may cancel your membership at any time by contacting Irene Moritz at 1-888-647-3478 or email your request to: imoritz@pfisterhybrid.com.
